Ruach is an inclusive gathering space where individuals of all backgrounds can share in authentic conversations and connect with the Divine Spirit.
Ruach isn’t a brand, an organisation or an event.
We are an organic network of people who connect together to find, and support others to find, space to breathe in our busy world.
From our beautiful corner of The Lakes we connect in a variety of ways, so step in and find your space to breathe.
With 4 Branches of Living we offer an ecosystem of rest, reconnection and encounter.

Our Connect activities are social, places to Laugh, Live and Love together, open to all.
We are fully inclusive with a “put it on the tab” approach, So don’t worry if you can’t afford a coffee one week, Or have forgotten your wallet and if you can why not pay it forward so someone else can “put it on the tab”.

Community Table
Gather in a cafe for a chat, no strings no need to know anyone.
Non-Walkers Walks
We promise these are super easy, super Inclusive, Under 2 miles and always involve a cafe stop and stunning views!
Parenting
The arrival of a child is a time when space to breathe can be hard to find. The Ruach network offers practical and emotional support to all new parents.
We have a Library of Things (baby carriers, cloth nappies, and other parenting tools!)
Ante and Post Natal Meditation and Mindfullness
Booked in 6 week blocks (and pay as you feel) you and baby can come together with other parents and learn techniques for finding calm and relaxation together. These sessions are perfect for expecting parents and those in the 4th trimester.

Meditate
Seeking inner peace and finding our True Selves as we are created to be is a core value for Ruach. In meditation we make space for the Divine Spirit to whisper to us.
Whether you’re experienced at finding your inner calm, or a complete beginner, all our mediate gatherings are suitable and safe spaces for you.

Meditation for Beginners
a six week block where we will look at how to find peace and joy through meditation and mindfulness, we will explore a variety of techniques, and take time to explore what works for each of us. Absolutely no experience necessary, email hello@ruach.space to register interest

Sacred Circle gatherings blend ancient wisdom and ritual with modern spirituality.
Here are spaces where questions are welcome, where we make intentional and safe space to breathe, and explore the Divine together.

Eucharist
An ancient ritual which creates the space to encounter the Divine among us, this practice has sustained mystics and seekers for 2000 years, affording a glimpse of eternity and an opportunity for spiritual growth around a table of inclusivity
Story Circle
Storytelling is as old as humanity itself. In these spaces we co-create new stories, and share in stories of ancient wisdom “around the fire of Life”

We are radically inclusive. Like all networks we will get it wrong, but this is a space where you can speak up, be yourself, be seen and be loved for being you. Whoever you are, whatever you are experiencing.
We are Collaborative And Curious
There is no single right way to be curious about the world, to Encounter The Divine, or to love one another like Jesus. We are open to learn from one another, and seek to bless the world with God’s good news.
